I installed this in the rear of my Jeep TJ with Dana 35. It works great so far - only tried on sand (and pavement). Rarely needed to switch to 4X4 because this thing works. Good manners on pavement.

Check axle end play after installing unit.
After the initial installation went very easily I noticed a noise in the rear end of the vehicle. I have a 99 Jeep Cherokee this was installed in I went to check and see if I left anything loose I had not and I noticed there was at least a quarter inch of axle end play in the rear end the axles would actually move in and out a quarter of an inch. the product was either incorrectly machine or if it was correctly machined this is not a good thing I contacted the manufacturer they told me to remove it and send it to them which I will not be doing I will be ordering an Eaton truetrac like I should have done in the first place instead of saving a few bucks.
