Accurate little gauge but had been incorrectly assembled at the factory and needed prying apart to swap the display cover around, no biggie.

These appear to work ok when fixed, but there is one significant and inexcusable problem. The plastic bezel is moulded to the front screen with the printed 'V' and the 'A' letters for the volts and amps display. The led display module has been assembled into this bezel the wrong way round resulting in the LED display digits being upside down. It is possible to fix this by prizing out the module, rotating it and then snapping it back in, but I broke one of the clips in doing so. This does mean that the connector parts sticking out are now also in a different position (I had to completely rebuild two projects because of this, and this is why I'm writing this review - so that people can be aware to fix the orientation issue before planning the space behind the meter!!! I don't know how widespread this issue is - 2 out of 2 in my order were wrong. You CAN tell straight away, if you look carefully at the display to find the decimal point indicators, but you need the right light.

Excellent value

The title specifies a 50A rating but the model supplied was only 10A rating, no use to me for the project I bought it for as I need to measure 30A draw from supply.
