One set stopped working within a day EDIT: replacement is working
Overall they aren't terrible products? The lights are as bright as I'd expect them to be--a nice warm ambient glow but obviously not bright enough to do anything like read etc. etc. They're a really nice warm yellow and the globes are sturdier than I expected them to be (I thought they would be hollow but they're more solid). They're super cute to be honest, I really like them! It doesn't seem to retain the mode you choose each time they come on but it's not that hard to adjust it when I need to, I don't mind that. I also wish they had a clip attachment option as opposed to just the stake, but that's not the worst thing in the world. My real issue is that I ordered two sets of them and one of them stopped working after the first night. They'll come on very briefly when you turn them on but immediately dim to the point that they look off. I decided to give it a few days to see if it just needed a little more sun but it hasn't changed. The other set seems to be working just fine though so I'm suspecting that the other is just defective :(I've heard good things about the customer service so I hope they reach out to me and I can arrange for a replacement. I do wish that there were less faulty products overall to begin with, feels a bit wasteful...EDIT: didn't hear from cust. service (or maybe I missed their email) so I just ordered a replacement for the faulty one. It's been about two weeks and the replacement is doing just fine, as is the older one that wasn't defective.Upped my review from 2 to 3 stars for the functioning replacement, they're lovely now that they're all working, hope they hold up well. Withholding those two stars simply because it seems wasteful that so many people have had initial failing products.

Cheery little deck lights
I'm on my second set of these lights. The first pair broke after a few months (mostly my fault but the wire could be sturdier). I bought another set because I like them enough to try again. They look really cute on my deck. They don't make a lot of light; they're more like Christmas lights. The solar panel works well, and I don't have to mess with the settings or anything. If you want some cute little lights that you can set and forget, these are perfect for you!

Does Not Last
Purchased multiple sets. Some were defective within a week so replaced them, and the new ones didn't last more than a few months with ample sunlight for the solar element before they quit working completely.

Not a bright light - more of patio decoration
This is not a 'Light' to lighten up an area. It's more of a decorative light. Works fine. Even in low sunlight days - it charges enough to run a few hours. On high light days, it runs 6, 7 hrs easily. Good for patios or front years.

Great little outdoor lights
I leave them up year round thru rain, snow whatever and they are still working. I think this is the second or third winter they have been thru. Very satisfied

A nice touch
Purchased these outdoor lights to hang on the fence near our patio area- these are definitely just for decoration. They glow but don’t offer much for functional light (which isn’t an issue for me). There’s interchangeable settings for flashing pattern or they can remain lit. You can also choose to keep them shut off with the switch.I was surprised at how heavy each of the “bulbs” is, they’re solid plastic, not globes. The cord is a little skinnier than a typical string of Christmas lights.I think they add a nice touch to our outdoor area and you can hang them anywhere since they’re solar.I hope they can stand up to the elements!

Very cute lights!
The lights are so cute! They're smaller than I expected based on the photos but I actually really like the size- about the diameter of a quarter. They feel very durable, I've had them on my balcony for a few weeks now and they've survived a couple of thunderstorms unscathed. I only give them 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't love the auto-on/off feature. The actual power button is kind of a pain to reach, so the automatic turn-on at darkness every day would be nice if I wanted them on EVERY day.... I've just given up on turning them off when I'm not actually out there.

They are cool
They have a good stretch of wire between the solar box and lights. More than enough to place the box in sun light...they stay on all night...ya may want to purchase more..believe I am..im going to see how they roll.

yay in summers, nay in winters?
understandable that the basic concept of these lights are that they need sun to function. but for the past few days where its been cloudy with barely any sunlight, these don't turn on at all not even for a few minutes... I read some other reviews that said they work even when there's no sun... so are mine defective?bought these in May...absolutely loved them thru the summers... would turn on by sunset around 8-9pm and stay bright till almost 3-4am.. now that sunset is around 5pm where i am... they stay on for about max 4 hours on a good day and sometimes not at all on rainy days...was fun while it lasted !

Second year and still going strong
I bought these last spring and we stapled them on the top of our wooden deck rail with the charging piece where it would get the most sunlight. Worked great all last summer/fall - brought it in before the snow got bad in winter - put it out again this spring - no problems. Didn't like the flashy/alternating light sequences so just left it on a basic setting - which I find very pretty. If it has a remote - I never use it and must have put it somewhere. Basically I'm happy with it putting itself on in the evening and off whenever. By coincidence - this product could have been measured to exactly fit my deck rail - very happy with it.

Looks nice, needs ideal conditions.
When these lights are illuminated they look quite nice and will last a few hours while steadily lit. They are not bright enough to cast light on an area, they're purely decorative. The solar panel does require quite a bit of direct sunlight during the day to be effective though. If you are in a spot that is shady or covered for half the day they don't stay lit for very long in my experience. Also my area is cloudy and cold for much of the year so mostly these lights are only really useful in the middle of summer for me.

Working great
I have had these lights hung on the awning of our trailer for about 2 wks. now and they seem to work fine so far. I got the soft lighting, as to not attract bugs. Happy so far

Hang em and forget em.
They are so easy to set up, just hang em and leave em. The solar collector is a breeze to mount either in a tree or beside the lights. The wire is long and convenient. We have these at our cottage. Nights are very welcoming.
