The garlic was very crispy and tasted like garlic. It tastes really. It is only hard to pull apart as the whole garlic clove is pickled. All in all, we loved it and will continue to buy it....

Not my cup of tea
Not my cup of tea This is my first time I got this in red vinegar and the unpeeled garlic. This product comes as entire heads of unpeeled garlic, pickled in red vinegar. Mine had a remote bitter taste that I did not like either. To use, one needs to break up the wet garlic heads and then peel them garlic cloves one by one in order to eat them. It is a ordeal. Not for me, I am afraid. I wished Zarrin would bring back the old white, peeled garlic cloves in white vinegar. They were delicious -- and easy to eat. Not these ones

Taste pretty good
Great right out of the jar and even better as a condiment.

Unpeeled, uncooked garlic clusters.
I thought these were pickled garlic cloves. The uncooked, unpeeled garlic clusters are difficult to peel. The brine they are soaked in, is not pickling juice. This product leaves a bitter taste in your mouth after eating the cloves. Plus, they are dark brown. Some cluster look rotten. I don't even know what to do with them. I'd like to know what the brine liquid is?!? I should have read more.
