The Ayahuasca Experience: A Sourcebook on the Sacred Vine of Spirits Paperback – Illustrated, March 2, 2014

After reading this book I am just absolutely enthralled with Ayahuasca. I have come to the conclusion that is less of a recreational drug and more of a medicine for your mind/soul. I have been thinking about taking a trip to Peru and going into the jungle to try this sacred plant and after reading this book I am 99% convinced. Of course I have my doubts but you do really have to try everything once. I am looking forward to the healing that I'm going to get form this plant. If you were interested in Ayahusca then definitely read this book!

It got here a few days before it was estimated to and it's in perfect condition. Very pleased.

An in depth view at the medicine, physiology and psychology behind ayahuasca. The verbiage is quite technical and scientific at times but truly still available to the layperson. Many real stories of healing. A good read.

I am not sure if this book is very useful...Very little of objective information and a lot of subjective...It leaves in muse...

A scholarly work which is interesting, informative & inspiring. Many books have been written on the subject matter. Many are trite, exhibitionistic and disrespectful to the subject matter. Not this one! If for whatever reasons the AYA spirit moves you is is the one.

This book can set you free from your ego and let you see for the first time your relationship to nature and the the world

Now I was wondering why all these people are heading down to AYAHASCA LAND, medicine men in Peru...

Metzner is a splendid teacher.You can't find a better dialogue about such an important subject
