クインシー・ジョーンズが1981年にプロデュースした、知る人ぞ知るサックス奏者のソロアルバム。バックのメンバーはクインシーファミリー総動員で、ジョンロビンソン・ルイスジョンソン・マイクオマーティアン他豪華。特筆すべきはＴＯＴＯのスティーブ・ルカサーが数曲で豪快なギターソロを披露。ワッツ本人はフュージョン系のサックス奏者でリー・リトナーやディヴ・グルーシンのアルバムの他、アンブロージアの「The Biggest Part Of Me」ジノ・ヴァネリの「I Just Wanna Stop」などのポップスのヒット曲でのサックスソロでも有名。最後に「Chariots of Fire」はグラミー賞も取った英国映画で、映画音楽はかのヴァンゲリスが担当していましたがこのアルバムはそのメロディだけ借りてきて作成した豪華なポップ・ディスコ風味のサウンド、例えれば歌の代わりにサックスを入れたマイケル・ジャクソンと言ったら近いか。興味を持った方、是非是非御一聴を。
