Do not recommend
I do not recommend this product unless you are 100% sure it will work on your door because first of all, you are responsible for sending it back, $35.Secondly, they charge a restocking fee, $52.Third, it took 2 1/2 weeks and I had to go through A-Z guarantee claim.Beware!!!

Quality, easy to program, and simple to install.
Extremely well built, easy to operate and set combinations. We have six of these in an RV park which have lasted 11 years. The part that appears to be the weakest is the internal combination block under the buttons. Will definitely stick with these and highly recommend.

Did not come with keys
keys were not in the package the item had been opened and packaging was damaged.It looked as tho the item had been unboxed poured out onto the floor and then shoved back into the box.

Entry Handle broke in 8 months
This lock is suppose to be commercial grade heavy duty but handle broke in 8 months. Not worth the price.

I wouldn't call this commercial/heavy duty. It lasted 1 yr before it broke. Latch and enter button broke. Very disappointing from a $350+ lock

Works great
Works great, does the job! Bought it for the pool gate to keep unknown peeps and children out of the pool area. Works great for that reason alone!
