There is no remote control for this p;layer. I am using to play through Bose radio/CD player device. Plays through the "AUX" feature of the Bose. Works good.

The stop button is also the on/off button. But unless you read further you might not realize that to turn the player off, you have to push the stop button twice. I used the player in my house but a couple of days later, when I tried to use the device in my car it wouldn't work. Then I read about the need to push the stop button twice and I realized that my batteries might be dead. Even though it was connected to an external power source, it wouldn't work until I removed the dead batteries. I tested them, they were dead. It now works great.

I hate it and am sorry I purchased it. Buttons are hard to push and very noisy. The lid doesn’t open wide enough to change the CD. The only reason I didn’t request a return is because I need to use it every night for therapy and can’t be without a CD player. I don’t recommend it especially for the amount of money it cost. The only good thing is that it has good sound quality for verbal CDs, I don’t know about music because I don’t use it for that.

This will not work as a car CD replacement. We tried it with a new 2019 Honda CRV using a USB audio input. Device is not compatible.

Player frequently skips (the same CDs do not have this problem with several other players, only this one). Hard to use as it is not at all intuitive. I still wonder why I have to turn player "off" to make it work, and "on" to shut it down??? While it is sleek in appearance you cannot read the controls. I have to keep a small flashlight near the player to read controls. Save your money.

A'OK five star all the way. I purchased this for my blind father & showed him how to operate it & presto he says this is the easiest cd player he ever operated in his blind life also my father says its got the best quality sound for audio books thats real reason we got it for him was for the sound & resume. thank you

Nice machine and the sound is good, but it’s very difficult to get started. The instructions are in miniature and frankly not clear. Also it’s not clear what kind of external charger you need other than a USB port to keep it running. I feel the manufacturer let users down and let it self down with inadequate instructions for users.

Hott has taken a product and made it to complicated to work easily !! To many options with a completely inadequate instruction manual !!! all I want to do is ride my bicycle and lessen to music !!! not change the world !!!!! I would not buy this contraption and waist my time and money again !!!! - JHW
