No, item number GGX34 (Disney Pixar Toy Story Woody Figure - Toy Story 4) does NOT talk.

Purchased a box, not sure how they are supposed to talk or squeak..... ?

They don’t talk, at least the ones I ordered doesn’t.

Regarding Hamm...it states dimensions as 4x10x6... Can someone explain his size in comparison to the other characters ?

The Disney Pixar T-Rex is 3.4 x 7.2 x 11 Don’t know if that information helps.
