Day one of using it & it was super easy! My recently turned 4 year old didn’t want me anywhere near her ear, if it wasn’t with a Cotton swab. It literally only took me less than a minute & I was able to take her ear wax out! The biggest help was the built in light! I highly recommend

Works great for a child or spouse but somewhat difficult for a person alone to clean one’s ears or to remove seen wax. I recommend using a warm oil first to soften it.

I love this thing! Bought one for my mom and have a second set for me. It’s really helps to clean my kids ears with this product.

This is both helpful and a fun little gadget to own. I originally bought this because trying to hold you phone (to light up your child’s ear canal) while trying to carefully navigate the inner ear was both hard and a nightmare.This instrument really lights up the ear canal making any sort or earwax visible right away. I also find the micro spatula at the end very convenient for extracting the earwax in the same stroke as spotting it.I let my kids play doctor and look in my ears too, makes for a bit of an educational moment. :)

Two tools came with, both supposed to have a light but only the one with the tongs work but the scoop one the light doesn't. Without the light it's basically no better than other tools. The one that works work well.

Do not recommend to use on your own. Ear canal is a very delicate part of your body. Your eardrum is so thin and it can be SO PAINFUL TO PERFORATE your eardrum.My boyfriend and I have become more close with this tool. We felt comfortable learning that even when q-tips come out clean to one person, but nasty to the other IT DOESN'T MEAN YOUR EARS ARE CLEAN. :) Very easy to use and it comes with so many tools I do not regret purchasing it. I wish it came with a robot that could help me clean my own ears because YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS ON YOUR OWN EARS. I recommend you have had this procedure at the doctor's office, that you have watched videos, prepared yourself for this and that you are familiar with your anatomy. NOT FOR EVERYONE'S USE.

The light could have been a little brighter but overall it is a great value for the money. The tip is hard so use caution. I didn't notice any suction power. I had to rake the wax out.
