It's O.K, but...Too much work!
Initially I loved this...but .after a few uses it began to stain badly, and it turned into way too much work to clean it. Actually I gave up trying to get the sticky stains out and tossed the first mat. Seems like a great idea, but the staining is worse than just cleaning the pan. Perhaps just for baking and not fish or potatoes? So I am going back to using parchment paper.

It was okay
I cut a circle out of one for my pizzookie pan. It didn't burn or discolor but the cookie stuck to it a little. That may not have happened if the cookie had cooled before I took it off but then the ice cream wouldn't melt all over the cookie. There was no clean up needed for the pan so that was good.

Don't waste your money on this!
worst item i've ever bought!-discolored to a disgusting brown after the first use (and this was at only 350F!)-it doesn't matter how often you clean them, it always leaves a greasy and slimy feeling-they smell disgusting even after cleaning-unfortunately, stuff sticks to it (specially melted cheese, which should be easy to come off!)-it poorly fits into the baking pan (even tho the measurements say it should fit right)I was really excited about this item and I've used it for months now before making this review...I was tempted multiple times to just throw them in the trash and well, I just threw them out because I am fed up with how the product does not work as described and is just simply a waste of money. Please, if you value your dollar, go spend it on a different item...this one will leave you disappointed and upset.

Happy so far
Seems to work better than the fiberglass ones that affect my cookie cooking time - the fiberglass ones make my cookies go directly from raw to too crunchy. These worked. Nice that they can be cut to fit the appropriate size, but they do seem to expand when they get hot so my original cut for my toaster oven pan liner isn't very good.

They are fine just not nearly good as my Silpat
They are fine just not nearly good as my Silpat. These are great for working with sticky products as it is really easy to clean but not great for baking cookies.

Great product
This was my first time using and trying any silicone baking mat and we love it. We bake almost everything and use the mats for everything. I should have ordered more because my poor mats have been used so much they are starting to change colors. Also they last time I used a lot of garlic on my fish the mat needed to be soaked in soapy water for a little to get the smell out. But still works great just need to order more so I have some for meat and some for biscuits and other stuff.

They work as they should.
These are nice and do what they are supposed to to keep the food from sticking. The downside is that these are hard to store and attract dust and particles like a magnet. Store them rolled up in a sealed baggie and they should be fine.

Excellent quality -- 6 months in, still working like new
This review is being posted 6 months after purchasing the baking mats. They have been used at least once a week (if not more) every week since they were purchased and they are still 100% as good as new. The color has worn on them considerably, with plenty of baking and heating marks stained in; however, the mats are still soft, undamaged, and transfer no smell or taste to any of the food we cook on them. I would absolutely purchase these mats again.
