Butterfly Combo Mobile

This mobile is beautiful but more importantly it does exactly what it’s supposed to. My baby will lay down and stare at this super content while the butterflies move around delicately in the slightest breeze. We have an air conditioner in the room on fan. There’s also a nightstand light next to the crib which casts cool butterfly shadows. I have never understood mobiles where the only thing the baby can see is say the bottom of the animals feet. This mobile is perfect. Yes it’s cardboard. Who cares, it works!

This really isn't a bad mobile if it's what you want. The butterflies' details are accurately rendered. The figures are larger than lifesize, so those details can be clearly seen. The construction of the mobile is sturdy. However, the colors are not very vibrant, so the effect is not lifelike; the creatures look like pictures of butterflies rather than living insects.I returned the mobile because the flat colors were not what I expected. The transaction was a reminder to me that decorative items often look different than their internet depictions. I had to pay shipping in both directions. The seller did issue a refund promptly and without complaint, so I would not hesitate to do business with the merchant again.

Hangs off a string and the base that holds the string is a piece of cardboard so we basically had to tape it to the ceiling. However my 3 month old loves watching the butterflies. If the air or heat is on they move on their own if not I just blow at them and they’ll start moving. They are nice colors and keeps him entertained for about 20 minutes.

I love that they are horizontal and you can see them while laying down. The float around like real butterflies.

Can't say how happy we have been with this mobile. While another mobile worked wonders for our 3 month old above her crib, the butterflies in this one are horizontal, providing the most viewing pleasure from below. They might be lightweight, but you can blow from 10 feet away and get them moving for your baby's pleasure.They are gorgeous in detail, great sizes (all our different), designed well as each is balanced properly for the whole, and fit in the middle of our living room beautifully.

My two year old son loves this mobile and butterflies. The butterflies are realistically colored and I like that. The only negative is that it's a lot of money to pay for cardboard.

Bought for baby as part of Montessori infant mobile series. Absolutely beautiful, from underneath where baby sees it and from above. Butterflies do not sit perfectly horizontal, but tilt so they catch the slightest breeze and baby can see the tops of butterflies too. Butterflies are large and realistic, being lighter/different on the underside of their wings, just like real butterflies. I was hesitant to spend this much but read the other positive reviews, and am really happy I purchased it!

We are outdoorsy and nature-enthusiasts, so we really liked this mobile. I am happy to report our infant LOVES it. He stares at the butterflies for up to the 30 minutes happily, and often "talks" to them. It's honestly the best purchase we've made in nursery decor.
