These are the most comfortable dressings I have used, I have very sensitive skin and usually get rashes and reactions from anything on my skin for more than a few hours. I've worn these consistently for 3 weeks and haven't had any reaction (changing every 2 days). They are very easy to remove without hurting or leaving residue but also stay stuck down very well without peeling. When wearing it I can't feel it there unlike other dressings which can feel uncomfortable and irritating.I have now ordered 2 packs of these and will buy more if I need to keep a dressing on.These are the exact ones that I was sent home with from the hospital so clearly a very good brand.Fully sterile and well packaged. Best price I could find anywhere online too.They are fully adhesive so I use alongside sterile gauze to cover the wound.

I have used these for my husband in the past, for an ulcerated heel. They really worked! And it’s great not to have to change the dressing every day. I have just treated an allergy rash on my leg, which started to look as if it was getting infected. One Allevyn later…perfect.

I ordered some of these patches after seeing the doctor prescribe them. I had a nasty burn on my tummy and my skin reacted previously to other dressings

Recommended by GP practice nurse to continue wound dressings at home. Keeps wound moist while mending and can be left in place for a week. Very easy to remove without damaging fragile skin. (Seek medical advice if the wound is not mending).Downside is the cost.

For occasional use these are really good but my family member has an ongoing chronic skin issue which will never resolve and needs good quality dressings which the NHS just won't issue any longer. These would be really good for them but we can't afford to use them on an ongoing basis

Low tack adhesive which is just the job for covering fragile skin but still stays adhering to skin until you want to remove it

Unfortunately I have had to use these dressings a couple of times in the last few months, but on both occasions they provided protection, padding and absorption.In my opinion they assisted in speeding the healing process.
