Problem solved!
I’ve been struggling with my 2009 Volvo XC70 headlights. I replaced and discarded several headlights that would work for a couple weeks and then stopped working. I was told I needed to buy original Volvo lights or Phillips brand and same issue. I discarded many lights thinking those were bad but my fiancé had time to check it out and found that the problem was this piece. Bought it and he installed and my headlights work perfect. Highly recommend.

Purchased for my 2007 volvo s80 v8 awd.
Great replacement part I have now purchased for both of my headlights. Can't say to longevity as I have only had them for about a month. So far both have worked perfectly and without any complications. The install was quick and easy as well.

Short Life
Purchased in February, 2023, Failed in August 2023. Manufacturer's warranty was two years, Amazon would not accept a return or replacement after 30 days.

Very reasonable compared to dealership outrageous price
This part did fit our 2008 BMW 328i however the light did not work.
