I contemplated getting the cheaper non-dyson-branded ones as they’re half the price, sometimes a third of the price. So these are expensive. That’s the only down side. However you should never I repeat never settle for cheap inferior copies and always get originals when dealing with products like this. The copies don’t fit perfectly as there’s a slight gap between filter and machine, which means that your air is not being purified. Sure, the sensor on the side of the machine still works but it’ll keep showing red or orange if you use copies. What you want it the original dyson branded filters like these which clean the air as intended and then blows out clean air which in turn makes your sensor green and therefore doesn’t need the machine to run for as long. Why spend £400 on a machine if you put crap parts in it? Would you buy an expensive power tool and put Poundland drill bits in it? Course you wouldn’t!!On a very serious note, the dyson fan and these filters have literally saved my life this week. I live in a damp house and for the past few months I’ve been smelling something awful where I sit. Long story short is that it turned out the damp had rotted material under the sofa and it was thick with mould. I’ve spent many a night on the sofa and even the day because I study from home and home educate my kids. So I’m sat here a lot. I’ve breathed in a terrible about of mould which I now have on my chest affecting me away from home. This dyson air purifier and filter saved my life because the other night it was in the red!! It alerted me to a huge problem which made me investigate where the smell/mould was coming from. I moved the fan near the window and the fan went green. I moved it near the sofa and it went bright red. So I knew the dyson was investigating the hazardous odour perfectly well for me. This made me lift the sofa and with family help rip it open and clean and bleach inside. The good news is the smell has gone from the room but the bad news is that it’s affected me so bad that I wish I’d replaced my filters way before they showed as being on 0%. I am now quite Ill and suffering with breathing issues. So replacing the filters earlier would have prevented this. Not getting the filters the other day may well have saved my life because my breathing was so bad that I most likely would have needed urgent care. So… get THESE FILTERS as they are originals not copies and ensure you use the data to understand what’s happening in your room with regards to allergens or poisonous gasses etc. Expensive but a life saver for folk like me with allergens who live in damp and mouldy conditions.

Despite other reviews to the contrary these appear to be Dyson branded parts.

Genuine parts cheaper than buying directly from dyson

I have bought before.I am not sure if these are actually made by Dyson or not (as says on box) as the outside dust filters do not have the same protective cage over the top as my originals and other replacements had.But they fit and they work.They are cheaper than buying direct from Dyson in truth

The HEPA filter sent was made from recycled material and did not fit the advertised model. The carbon filter was not included. This item did not look like the picture advertised. I've sent it back. I hope the seller does not get away with this.

The description says that this is the right filter for the DP04 desktop fan/purifier, but it doesn't contain the carbon inner and the fan won't recognise that you have changed the filter..I had to get a refund and reorder directly from Dyson. Amazon were great in sorting a quick refund though..

Très facile à mettre en place car parfaitement compatible…j’attends de voir combien de temps il va tenir celui que j’ai acheté précédemment moins cher a duré seulement 6 mois

War lange auf der Suche nach originalen dyson filter für TP04 und hier bin ich fündig geworden:-)Bei billigen Nachbauten leidet die kraft des dyson pure cool und das Gerät wird viel zu laut, deswegen diesen Filter hier kaufen ! Hält bei regelmäßigen Gebrauch 1-2 Jahre, gerne wieder!
