LOL Eye Serum

I purchased this serum and want to warn others not to do the same thing. While the labeling looks professional, the product is shipped, unsealed and it does not appear to be of professional quality. This should have been the first red flag. Second, the other Skinfinite line product reviews all seem to be from the same people - another red flag. The customer service phone number and the CEOs phone number are the same- another red flag. After using the product for a week my eyes became very itchy and my skin started to react adversely. Do not be fooled- buy products from a name you can trust.

I inherited dark cirles under my eyes from my mom and had just kind of accepted it. I have tried MANY products to help and this product is the first one that I can say without a doubt has made a difference. I am using less concealer and I can really tell a difference in the morning before I put on any make-up. I use just a tiny drop under each eye morning and night. I will definitely continue using this product!

I have used the Skinfinite skincare line since November 2010. I am never without their Platinum Peptide serum, Platinum PM Retinol cream & SPF30 Suncream. When the LOL eye cream was introduced last year I bought it and love it. I use it to tighten and firm my eyes in the morning before I put on anything else. I am 57 years old and am trying to age gracefully. These products are my mainstay and it amazed me when I read the scathing review from January 8 that there can be that much of a difference of opinion. I live half the year in Florida, specifically the local area where these products are produced and have met the exceptional creators of this skincare line. I was introduced to them at a local health fair and fell in love. I do not work for Skinfinite nor am personally connected with the company in anyway. I have ordered their products from their web store when at our home in Michigan and was delighted to see them available on Amazon as well as other reputable online stores. I am confused because Amazon has a very easy return policy that you may return any product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Also, Amazon will not allow anyone to review a product that they haven't purchased, so having numerous product reviews from the same people indicates to me that they have a loyal customer base that orders numerous products from their skincare line and cared enough to write positive reviews. I had one issues with being charged for shipping when it was suppose to be free and I used their phone number listed and actually got a REAL person who answered my call. She was polite and helpful and put the credit on my credit card immediately for the shipping with a sincere apology. My next order, several months later, was sent with a personal note from a Ms. Rogers and a large sample of a new scrub they were adding to the line She thanked me for my reorder and again apologizing for the shipping charge mix up from my first order. This alone tells me they are interested in their customer base and reviews.

I love the Skinfinite line of products but the LOL Eye Serum is by far my favorite. I've been using several of the Skinfinite products (Purifying Cleanser, Peptide Serum, Advanced C3 Serum, Suncream 30spf, Retinol Night Cream...) and I truly believe in this product line. It has proven to deliver what it promises time and time again, but the LOL Eye Serum has delivered beyond what I ever imagined! I started using this serum 10 months ago after noticing that my eyes were looking very tired with dark circles and a sunken appearance. I also noticed the wrinkling around my eyes was becoming much more noticeable. I was using several eye concealers under my makeup...one for dark circles, one for wrinkles, etc... and heaven forbid I should go out without makeup! If I did, people always asked me if I was feeling okay because my eyes appeared so sunken with dark circles. After using this product for less than 2 weeks, my eyes already showed a significant difference! The dark circles were disappearing and the skin around my eyes looked plump and healthy! Now the wrinking has diminished quite a bit and I don't have to use all of those concealers anymore. As a matter of fact, when I go out without makeup, I still get compliments on how great my skin looks, and I've had several people ask me what my secret is because their eyes are their biggest age giveaway! LOL is it and I don't keep it a secret!

I love the tight smooth look I get to my eyes from this serum. It really does tighten and make the puffiness under my eyes much less. It's especially great after a late night or even when my allergies cause puffiness. You can see the difference.
