Made 300 for our (Norwegian rooted) churches 💯centennial celebration!We had an assembly line and 3 electric KrumKake makers. Took 2.5 hours. I did research on how to keep for 3 days. Stored in aluminum banquet pans, topped with good quality paper towel, covered with aluminum lids, tightly sealed. Perfect!Then on 4th day had still crispy left overs. Day 5 starting to get a ‘bit’ soft.Flavor was great, adding the fresh eggs and good quality butter, made them ‘home-made’ in my mind!Will buy again! (Saw in my research somewhere, that these were even recommended by ‘a krumkake baking group in MN, WI, or MI😉)

I'm so glad I bought this mix, it did make really tasty cookies. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I've had other mixes where you just had to add water, and this one requires more ingredients. The cookies were absolutely delicious, and strong enough to hold ice cream so they are worth it.I bought this mix to use with my krumkake maker, and I had no experience with the cookies sticking to the grill part and they tasted light and flavorful.
