It's very thin plaster
So they make it thin and has a gauze part in the middle like plaster (band-aid). however one end has a notch so I believe that side is to the nose. I took a short nap with it. and try to use it again at night it no longer sticky enough to last the night so this is definitely one-time use. unlike a regular band-aid I could use it again if I wanted to. If you are using for mouth taping this might not be the cheapest solution. It comes in multiple sheets like stickers you can cut it into individual pieces for travel use. It works easy to remove so I give it 5 star.

Basically a large bandaid
I am ashamed of myself for buying this item. It is simply a large expensive bandaid. I am returning it and using some paper tape as recommended by my doctor.

Do not be fooled by the reviews. Most of them aren’t even for this product. These are nothing more than expensive bandaids!

Don’t waste your money.
The product is not long enough to cover your entire mouth, so you snore anyway. The adhesive is not strong enough so it pops right off. It’s the equivalent to putting a Band-Aid on to Skin that has hand lotion on it.

A perfect fit.
They look like little bandages, only sized just for your mouth LOL. So far they have worked extremely well, they stick well, they remove easily, very happy.

These are literally like dollar store band aids. Save your 10 bucks!

Overpriced bandaid
Other reviews are fake, these are literally just overpriced flimsy Band-Aids. Stay away.
