Eco friendly
I like that is not a plastic and is more safer to use, to save our planet. However is not the best choice, as they get soggy fairly quickly. Still a very good and safe product. I like the design.

Great BIODEGRADABLE Straws
I keep some straws in my car so I can use them at every restaurant I visit. They hold up just fine. I used one to drink a Starbuck's macchiato the other day. The caramel had sunk to the bottom and I stirred it up with the straw. It bent a little but was still functionable. It has no flavor at all. It may not be as durable as a plastic straw, but that is the point, right? I know I am doing the right thing. Wish everybody would do their part to make the world a better place. NO MORE PLASTIC! Maybe the restaurants will take a hint also.

Great product
Used straws for a birthday party theme. They are very cute and held up well for use during the party. Also gave out in goodie bags.

Good Product - Better for the Environment
With the effort to remove plastic straws from the environment, this is my first try for a product of this type for at home use. I was given a metal straw, but it didn't really feel right. I like these straws and they hold up well in smoothies. I realize that I am still putting somehting back into the environment, whereas the metall one did not, but at least it is biodegradable and not plastic.

Cute but still just Paper straws.
While these straws are very pretty, you have to remember they are paper straws. I bought these as a sort of gag gift for a friend who is always making fun of the "plastic straws are bad for turtles..." thing, because I knew she'd get a kick out of them. I myself am trying to be very environmentally aware, so I was very happy they were biodegradable and thought they would be nice to have especially, while having guests over. I don't think they are particularly better or worse then most the other paper straws but I do think that this paper is not very thick so they do tend to go soft very quickly so I don't know that I would repurchase these particular straws again unless they make the paper thicker, in order to be able to use them over the course of more than a few minutes.

A safe alternative to plastic straws
Very nice quality and the turtle design reminds users of the need to avoid plastic straws. These are not bendable, but a flexible version is available from the same source and the flexible ones also have the turtle graphic on them. These do soften a bit if left in liquid for an extended time. A good alternative to plastic straws.

OK paper straws
Functions well, cute design, but slightly rough on the lips. Much better paper straws on the market. Also, didn’t like that they came in a plastic bag, defeats the purpose of eliminating plastic from our environment..
