Goat Travel Water Bottle - Collapsible Water Bottle

I realize that a lot of silicone products don't taste right for several washes, but even after I've had it for several months, it hadn't gotten much better. It is cool looking - and I've gotten quite a few compliments on it. It works well for traveling. I like to take it with me when I'm on vacation walking around a lot. I can easily clip it or fit it in my bag, and when it's empty I can collapse it so it takes up less space.It does not stand up straight very well. It can, but only if it's on a level surface and undisturbed. I don't mind that so much since I can always clip it on my bag, but it is annoying when you're trying to eat and set it down without thinking, and it takes a dive off the table.All in all, I recommend this if you're big on adventuring or being on the move a lot and want to save the environment from plastic bottles (gross - am I right?).

I really like this bottle - I love that it collapses, it's light and most importantly it eliminates my use of single use plastic water bottles. When I read all the negative reviews regarding the standing issues I went and tested mine in the kitchen. I am having NONE of those issues -- I've filled it to capacity, half full, barely quarter full and fully extended and I have no tipping issues. Maybe there has been a redesign but mine sits well on the counter and even if it didn't (it's silicone not rigid) the cap in leaf proof. I think if you wanted a rigid container because that works best in your car there are certainly lots of other options but for a light, leak proof, multi-use container this certainly has met my needs. The bottle did have an odor when I first got it and I was a bit worried that it might not go away - after a hand wish with a minuscule amount of dish soap, good rinse there is no odor at all, as I had expected.

I bought this bottle to travel around Europe for a few weeks. In Central Europe the tap water is great and this helped my husband and I always have something on hand to drink. I loved that it was able to collapse when I was either at a short faucet and when we weren’t using it. The clip was great as we used it to hang either on my purse or luggage. The only disadvantage we saw was if the water was in too long it was flavored like the silicone material. I’m assuming that will fade as we use it more, but for everyday we’ll probably go back to our other water bottles.

This bottle was perfect for what was needed. When my son mows the lawn, he likes to have a drink with him. Since this has a Carabiner clip, it's easy to take it with him.In addition, as the water gets consumed, the bottle can get smaller thanks to the way it collapses. It's not completely stretched or completely compressed; it has stages it can go through. its collapsibility also makes it easy to store away when it's not being used. That's a great bonus for someone who just doesn't have a lot of space.Although it doesn't like to stand on its own when it is completely stretched out and empty, that doesn't matter because the only time that happens is when it is in the dishwasher and it still works fine then.The rubber is high quality which means that it won't rip or 'melt' easily. The top is stainless steel - the only part that cannot go in the dishwasher.

The material in the photos looks fairly solid, and yeah I know it says silicone. I was still expecting a semi-firm structure, but instead I got a very floppy bottle. In it's collapsed form, all is good. However, in it's dildo noodle form, this thing droops and dangles all around. The most frustrating fact is that the expanded bottle DOESN'T STAND UPRIGHT. If it is full of water, it'll just dip to the side and fall over no matter how carefully you set it down.I guess the carabiner is there for a reason, as it literally won't stand. Returned this product.

Great water bottle. Compact enough when empty to store and travel with easily. Carabiner on top is especially nice. Holds a good amount of water and lid works great.Only complaint is the sturdiness of the bottle when full. It can get a little lopsided when full and the rubber makes it a little shaky when fully extended/open. Not a major complaint, I still love it and use it every day.

Mixed review. Great for traveling. <- for traveling.. collapses and is very sturdy rubber. However, will not stand up on its own, super floppy. Not a desk water bottle. Once again, great for traveling, hiking, backpacking. Not for everyday use. Feels like drinking out of a balloon.

Great idea! Impossible to clean. I'm a germaphobe, but it was for my kid. He wanted it, and I couldn't say no. Well robably just throw it away when it starts smelling like a foot.
