This item is defective and the seller knows it
This item is a piece of junk. I paid 200 bucks to have it installed and on the first day it froze 7 times, the touchscreen is not responsive (I have to push on the screen very hard), it kept repeatedly ejecting cd's even though I didn't push the eject button, the Bluetooth feature doesn't work properly, and even though it says steering wheel control built in that doesn't work either. This item has so many problems it would take 10 pages to list them all. The seller likely knows this product is defective and is still selling it anyway. Now I'm out the expedited shipping fee and the installation fee to install this garbage stereo. Save you money and don't buy.
