Terrific H heads
Once again I have found some very good quality Inc. head replacements that will work well. I am hoping that I can get a number of cycles out of them before you have to replace them and the trick of course is to make sure that the printhead stays clear. The best way of courses to soak the printhead working out to be careful not to get the rest of the computer ribbon submerged and thus damaged the rest of the electronics on the printhead. After that initial soaking for 5 to 10 minutes, I would employ the special tools to get rid of the rest of the inkjets inside so as to refill with a fresh batch. Good luck and just consider your saving yourself hundreds of dollars over the long haul. I frankly will never ever buy a brand-new printhead unless the price were to come down to a reasonable amount. There. Is no reason to buy new printheads where there is such a market and subjugate continuing resell of recycled printheads

Problem with one of the printheads
I needed a black/yellow printhead for my HP Deskjet L9680 printer. I decided to order the package for when the M/C printhead died on me. Unfortunately, after replacing the bad printhead I decide to replace the M/C printhead as well. This was a mistake!!! I believe the new M/C printhead is bad -- the blue ink leaked all over the place, I had error messages on the printer, it wouldn't align the printheads. I finally decided to put the older M/C printhead back into the printer. The price may be good but only 1/2 of what I ordered was worked and I spent a couple of hours cleaning up the blue ink.

Great Customer Service
Purchased these a few months ago, worked fine for about 3 months. They stopped working after our lights when out from a storm. Told seller the problem and the sent me a brand new set right away and they work great.There is nothing like great customer service and that’s exactly what I got. Won't work on some HP printers
Some HP printers are pretty territorial about wanting us to use only HP replacement parts. So in the past when I used an off label replacement ink cartridge, it told be to use genuine HP cartridges. And, so with these new printer heads, I got an error message that something was wrong with the printer head. But when I reinserted the old printer head, it accepted it. I needed to replace it because it stopped printing blue, even with a new ink cartridge. So, it was a great price but my printer didn't like it!!

Disappointed on results dc, not using the genuine HP product
I was concerned about buying an offbrand for my HP printer instead of the genuine product. At first I was pleased with the print head for black and yellow as it works fine. However with it in about six weeks it started failing and it was time to change to my Cyan magenta printhead. However on putting it in I immediately got an error message on the printer saying that the printhead was no good. Needless to say I have not been able to use my printer and need to replace them.
