Super macro,almost micro with this lens!!Really happy I decided to spend a few more $ and ordere the Yasuhara Nanoha!!I have been testing it and it feels better all the time!!If small very close macro is your stuff just take the leap!!Won't regret it!!A lot of conversation and incredulous looks will honour your pictures!!The lighting is included with a LED battery fed integrated sistem!!Very well thought!!Goes to f32 which helps with depth of field too!!Albert E.

did not have a Focus ring did not work on in any was as promised I was to late to return the item because I had not been able to test it You have zero ability to focus Unless you move the item even than I was unable to fine item in view finder

Really poor image quality. Zero customer support. Total waste of money. That's really all I need to say. However, I will qualify the review with the fact that I shoot forensic quality macro images for work and have been using a camera as a daily tool for the past 26 years. This lens must be used on a focusing stage and on a stand to use the higher power. Don't kid yourself into thinking that you can hand hold it. At the same time- the lens will be right on top of the subject- quite literally. Even with the whole rig set up- the images were a mess. I could take a 1:1 image taken with my Olympus macro lens, blow it up, and it would still be much sharper than this lens.
