Not pleased at all....this fan does not represent Hunter fans well.
I only buy Hunter fans for as long as I can recall. I have had ceiling fans with the cast iron base, and they are quiet and last a long time. This fan, we received in April 2020 and mounted it at the end of May. One night in September it started going on and off by itself. I changed the batteries in the remote thinking it must be the batteries. It was not the batteries, the fan won't turn on at all. This is definitely inferior to the Hunter fans I have owned in the past. I am sure it is past the warranty, but I'd give this one back if I could. Do not buy this model!

Great value fan
Great fan. Gives just enough airflow without getting too cold. Easy to install. Love that the blades have color options. I chose the grayish side.

Designed to primarily be operated with the remote
This product is designed to primarily be operated with the remote. In a dual switch setup the light cannot be operated independently from the fan. This means the switch for the fan has to stay on all the time if you want to turn the light on with a second switch. In addition the fan makes a beeping noise every time you turn the light on or adjust the fan.
