I honestly really love this product, it's exactly what I wanted. But, the hydration bag leaks and sucks up air, and the shoulder strap tore where the hose gets fed through. I reached out to the manufacturer 3 times and no one got back to me...even says there is a warranty. I would have given this 5 stars if they just would have contacted me on it.

Awesome pack! I got 2 one for my boyfriend for our hiking trip in Utah. They are super comfortable and stay in place. The backpack is small and lightweight but still has enough room for a days worth of food and supplies! Only complaint I have is the bladders are really hard to clean.

This is perfect and the price is great!!! It has so much more room than I thought!! Keeps my water cold and I can carry all my stuff along with my kids junk😂 I love the side pockets cause I can put my phone there and it’s still in reach while I’m hiking or running or biking. It even has the bungy cord and mesh pouch on the front where I can keep my flip flops for after my run!!! It’s super comfy to have on I forget it’s even there. Very durable. The only problem I would see is if you are of larger size the chest strap might not fasten. I am a 36D and I have it adjusted almost as big as it will go. It fits perfectly for me. The shoulder straps and the back piece are padded nicely so even with a full bag it’s so comfy. Also the large insulated compartment where the bladder goes is so roomy I could pack sandwiches for my whole family in there!! The amount of Room is unbelievable!! Ohh and it has lots of reflectors on it so you can’t be missed!!! I just LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! I can’t believe it doesn’t cost more!!! It’s AWESOME!!!P.S. I tried really hard to post pictures so y’all could really see how awesome this thing is but it wouldn’t allow me for some reason. But it really is the BOMB!!

If you get this pack be prepared to modify it. it will not keep anything cold for very long. the insulation is only on one side. and it’s very very thin. So thin it’s transparent. the other side is regular padding. And The bladder gave out on the first day.

It looks well built and so far the bag is holding up but the valve on the bladder bag is not functional it leaks all the time and still freezes because it leaks. Also when trying to drink from it it leaks air through the valve causing it not to work unless you put the entire valve in your mouth.

Excellent value for the money. No leaks. I really like that the water compartment comes in and out, and straps in right so that it isn’t sloshing around. All of my friends on the hike were jealous of my pack!!! I sweat really bad in it, but it dried out really quickly!

Just received my new pack. Love it so far! It’s a bit smaller than I imagined it to be, but I am ok with that. I just wanted it mainly to bring water and snacks along for 2-4 hour hikes, as well as a few essentials like bug spray and a Small first aid kit. I cannot comment on the durability, but it is comfy once you put it on, and the colors were pretty. Overall happy so far!

We love everything about this back pack. We filled the bladdermwithbice water and still had room in the insulated portion for some snacks that needed to be kept cold. It would even hold a couple of extra water bottles if needed.After wearing and using it today my 11 year old wants his own. No argument here. My 8 year old discovered the whistle right of the bat, great safety feature!!!
