Simple cartridge easy to get especially during the summer when they are hard to find in a small town

Disappointed in quality
During COVID19 it has become hard to find filter replacements. I was excited to find this one but when it arrived I immediately noticed the quality was not as good as my original intex/bestway filter. Pros: It fits Intex Type B pumps, does the job as expected Cons: It has about half the amount of filter pleats as original, the plastic blue top and bottom are not as sturdy as original, one of the pleats separated from the base during cleaning I remove the filter and clean using a spray water hose as instructed by the pump/filter manufacture. The original filter is still in good shape but this replacement filter has torn during the cleaning process. I continue to use the filter but I've added a tube sock over the filter to keep debris from going through the torn section. I found this solution on youtube and it does the job and allows me to continue to use the filter but I would not purchase again from this manufacture.

Expensive but nessecary
Pricey considering they were really cheap at Walmart at the start of summer. Supply and demand and all that jazz. Delivered early.

Waste of money
This filter didn’t last a day. After the first run of the pump, it broke apart and became useless. Don’t buy it.
