Single Thin Bricks - Flats for Brickwebb (Box of 50) - Rushmore

I found this product through a blog. It was so easy to put up and looks amazing. I didn't have any broken bricks and i ordered 4 boxes. My back splash is amazing.

I'm on my third box of these bricks. They were exactly as I hoped and they ship out quickly. I rinse them off before installing. It helps bring out the colors and helps with choosing the layout. These are muted colors but your choice of grout color will bring out the different tones. I'm doing a very rustic installation. It has worked out great. Do a search for one step grout and installation methods and you can find tutorials.

Bricks are of very good quality and the shipping was excellent. When ordering, it gives you a long range of time for delivery but they have delivered within one week (we live in DC).It is much better to order here rather than any of the brick and mortar stores. Why? Because they shipping is really bad. On a box shipped directly from Amazon, I got almost no cracked bricks. On a box shipped by Low** it had many cracked.As said before, brick is of really good quality since it is a thin real brick (not fake/plastic look-alike). Some people have complained that the colors do not match the website. I pretty much see them same at least on this model. I have ordered a full set of samples ahead of times so I could compare them, but once you decided which model/color you want, you get a consistent color across most bricks.I installed them with the DIY package also sold by Old Mill Brick, and I have had a really good final product. While not directly related to this review, the DIY package (comes with all the tools, cement and material to set the bricks) is easy to use once you find the correct instructions. This means that the instruction booklet is not fully accurate and it will take some practice and experience to get things right (mix consistency, application procedure, etc), but once you learn how to do so, then you would breeze through the process.

Exactly what I was looking for! I ordered a couple boxes to do 22 sq feet around my fireplace and have plenty left over in case one tile breaks. Very easy to install and looks fantastic compared to the tile that was on my fireplace before.

I've used individual thin bricks in two locations...home bar and on gas fireplace. If you didn't know it, you would think the wall was full bricks verses think bricks applied to dry wall. It's time consuming, but worth it. They were easy to cut on a wet saw. I initially installed the brick like I saw on YouTube (thin pieces of wood in the gaps to keep the spacing). Eventually I "eye balled" the gap without the wood spacers and had the same result. On the gas fire place I saved time by using the thin brick that was attached to mesh and achieved the same result...AND it was a lot quicker. I liked this so much that I started looking around the house to see where else I could use this brick.

Absolutely love these bricks. They were the perfect color and size for our project. Was wanting something that was slightly pink but more grey and this was perfect. Great addition to our home-made fireplace (still in progress).

I installed a laminate brick floor and wanted to use thin bricks as the base molding. Initially, I had made latex molds of actual bricks and started casting my own out of hydrocal. These bricks actually turned out to be cheaper per brick, and saved me a TON of time and effort. Although the bricks I bought were grey, I was easily able to color them to match the floor using acrylic paints and inks. It was easier than coloring my homemade bricks. I'm really thrilled with them.

LOVE THESE. So pretty. They are thin real pieces of brick. There isn’t as much white in them as shown but the review pictures are a good reference. Definitely will buy again.
