ISGloves Sport Touch Screen Mitten Large, Black

I ordered these gloves, even after reading the (at the time) two other comments about incorrect colour. I ordered black/black, but received red gloves. I tried them on to test the fit and found that, even with the Large, the fingers were a bit tight. After speaking with customer service, I was issued a prompt refund and assured that if I placed a replacement order they would send the correct item and upgrade it to Next Day shipping. They lived up to the promise on shipping, but the second set of gloves I received were the exact same red ones. Since then, there's been yet another review posted about receiving the incorrect product.Sadly, I'll not be re-ordering. I'm in fairly desperate need of gloves that serve this exact function/purpose, but with the awkward fit and inability to differentiate colour when shipping, I'll not be dealing with the hassle a 3rd time. Sad.
