At the time of this review, this was one of the lowest cost per tablet Pterostilbene available. I've added this to my daily routine, and trust that it's a good investment. This is a potent inflammation fighter! Think along the lines of resveratrol or turmeric; however, research shows that Pterostilbene provides a much greater bioavailability. This allows your body to actually put it to use. I'm on my second bottle, and will continue to take it.

It may be wishful thinking, but I've been feeling more with-it since I started taking this supplement as part of my anti-aging regimen. It's only been a little while so far. No side effects yet that I've observed anyway which is really good. No problem swallowing the capsules ( I take 2, 1x/day). Can update in future with more feedback.

This product is proactive, not reparative. You're unlikely to "feel" anything but the benefits are cellular. It helped lower my A1C which is why I purchased it.
