Is so perfect

The bed is sturdy and the memory form matress is comfortable but the size is too small. The length is just about perfect for me. Considering I'm tall it will not be an issue for most people but the width is too short. Its just about the size of a pillow with not much room for switching sides. The matress is very comfortable while sitting and needs some time to adjust while lying on the bed by the sides.Overall a very good product from amazon basics. Due to the shortened width I had rated it with 4 stars. But as per the quality it surely deserves 5 stars.

The product is good but we cannot expect any service from the seller (Amazon) or the manufacturer (Cloudtail). The frame of the cot got broken and even can't do the welding. I have called the customer care of Amazon and they asked to contact cloudtail. Cloudtail simply escaped by giving service and asked to contact Amazon. I again contacted Amazon and amzon also denied to give service and I requested them to contact cloudtail and ask them to aupport me on the service. They even deined of doing the same. They simply say that we cannot do anything as the 1 year warranty is completed. They say that they are not responsible for the service. I asked them what should I do, should I throw it away. They said yes. This is what they advise us.

This product is not a value for money. It just solves the purpose but at this cost it's expensive. Frame is quite sturdy and length is also fine but width is not adequate. It requires more width. Secondly, the mattress is below average and you cannot use it in summers if you are not using Air Conditioner as its a poor quality foam which heats more than the normal good quality foam along with that foam has a outer covering of synthetic type cloth which adds to the heat.

I see a lot of bad reviews that it was damaged upon delivery or broken within days or months of purchase. My advice is to handle with care. The product is a great makeshift arrangement especially for bachelors, students or for guests. So it is not the strongest build but not that fragile either. If it was delivered to you without any transit damage, then it should last well. The mattress is also soft and comfortable. I am happy for the value you get out of it for 8099 (10% discount over the sale price of 8999). i.e. Foldable, portable and soft foam mattress.

I bought it for my office as I have this habit of taking nap after lunch. But you know you cant have a bed in office.with this item the problem is solved. When folded and put in a corner, it is not obtrusive. When unfolded, it is a first class bed with memory foam.

This is for your necessary information that we hv purchased one single folding bed from your company through amazon in aug 2020.Since the day of its receipt,one screw was loose bt we somehow managed with it as it use to come out after every alternate day and we had to fix it.And finally that screw is broken and the bed is not operational now.We request you to kindly arrange to send us the screw as ,otherwise this bed js a waste for us.Looking forward to your prompt action in this regardRegardsBhavna

I needed a spare bed, and have never bought one before. This folding cot with 4" memory foam was so very easy to assemble (you need 2 people to unbox it, because of its large size), but once out of the box, and after screwing on the 4 casters (which took a little bit of patience because of the included wrench-like tool, but really it was not a big deal) I was able to handle it all by myself (I am a 73 year old woman with arthritis !!!). Unfolding and folding it up was a breeze. You just have to be GENTLE with it and not try to over-think it....there are red little release tabs that make it easy to pick up, one side at a time and fold in half. My friend, who slept on it, said it was very comfortable and is thinking about getting one herself. There are cheaper ones on the market, but honestly, this is totally worth a little extra money. I also bought some sheets from Amazon for only $14.95 and they were soft and very comfy. I am also going to spend a little extra for a dust cover for it....and it fits great in my closet (buying it was a GREAT excuse to clean out the closet to make space for it !!!!) I just love this cot, and my guests will love it too.

This is actually pretty great! It's very sturdy when open. No shimmy or wibble at all. It's probably average height I guess. All our beds are high so I have nothing to compare that to. It's perfectly fine, though.The mattress is only 4". That's not a lot but it's firm and supporty and perfectly fine for temporary use.One person can move it and unfold it easily. The casters move well.It can fit an adult up to 6' tall thereabouts but of course is great for kids. I can't find any info on what weight it's rated for, but I think the issue is more of whether the person is comfortable on a 4" mattress rather than steel strength.Sturdiness and ease of movement are really my priorities for something like this and it fits in there very well. I ordered this bed after reading reviews of many many roll-away beds and cots. This one had no assembly, other than attaching the casters, which was a big plus. It also had many positive reviews. The width, 31", is perfect for me allowing me to turn over easily. Even little dog can sleep at foot area. If I leave the bed down, he quickly stakes out a napping place. It has been easy for me to both let down and fold by myself. The mattress is very firm. The only negative is that I can feel the center bars, not to a great extent, but I do know they are there. This issue does not prevent me from going to sleep and sleeping soundly. I'm thinking about placing a very thin piece of cushion foam under the mattress over the 2 center bars and that should correct the issue. It's a very stable bed; you don't have to worry about it collapsing. For me, all the positives outweigh the one negative. It has every appearance of lasting a long time.

We were really excited when we placed the order, but when the bed showed up, the box was damaged on the outside. Then as we we u folded the frame, it was broken! This was very disappointing as we were counting on it for someone to use the day after it’s rival. We sent it back and thought maybe we would give it another chance and replace the order, but then it was no longer available on Amazon. We ended up going with a different bed which isn’t so great because it totally sags in the middle. Oh well. It is what it is.

Definitely worth the price. It’s super sturdy and doesn’t rock and creek when rolling over.
