THIS IS NOT YOUTH!
This is not a youth-sized tutu. I cut at least 6 inches from the bottom and will have to remake the waist for my daughter to be able to wear it tomorrow. I’m including a picture of an actual youth tutu (green and also purchased from Amazon), and the huge, adult-sized tutu (neon) I received today. What a disaster!

Bought these for a Thing 1 Thing 2 Halloween costume for my 7 year old daughter and her friend. The tutu is a longer style but for my purpose they worked perfectly!
