B Is for Bulldozer Board Book: A Construction ABC

It teaches so much in one great book!
This is one of the best children’s books I’ve ever seen. It has beautiful illustrations, an interesting story about building an amusement park, the story rhymes, it teaches the alphabet, and the illustrations change according to the seasons! There is so much to learn and it’s as interesting to a five year old as it is to a one year old. I know three little boys from different households who absolutely love this book!

A Very Well Loved Book at Our House!
We love this book! We had to buy a second copy because ours was missing for a day and we read it multiple times a day. This has been our sons favorite book since he was 15 months old, 6 months later it hasn’t lost its luster. Holds up well to repeated reading too! Better than our other board books have.

Son loves it
My son loves this book. Construction + amusement park = happy toddler. Could be better in terms of content, but for a 3 year old, it's awesome.Note the dimensions of the book. This is smaller than the much larger version of the board book that we've seen. We were a little disappointed that it's smaller but otherwise, it's good.

Exceptional ABC book. Multi-cultural characters and even some female construction workers!
Very nicely done ABC book with great illustrations. I especially like that the characters are multi-racial/multi-cultural. And there are even what look to be at least two or three female construction workers. I initially choose it in part because of the title. My father was a construction worker and drove a bulldozer for many years. He passed away some years ago, so he never got to meet some of his great-grandchildren. This is a gift to one of them in remembrance of him. But when I received the book and got to read through the entire book, I was more than just happy with it. I'm not a big fan of amusement parks, but I am a big fan of the author and the illustrator and the thoughtfulness that obviously went into every page of their book.

Not Just for Little Boys
This book is a great choice for toddlers and early readers. My daughters and my son all enjoy this book. I only wish the cover was a little more durable, as it is only laminated card stock and isn't holding up to use as well as other better bound books we own. Also, the rhythm of the poetry is not exactly spot-on. But these are minor points of criticism for a book that is otherwise perfectly suitable for what is was intended to be.

A lasting favorite
This has been a favorite with my 3 year old son for over a year now. I am not tired of reading it either. The rhyming text is great and the illustrations are fun. There are all sorts of construction vehicles which is a big hit with my son. I love showing him the seasons changing and the two boys engaging in different seasonal activities as they watch the amusement park come to life. He is just beginning to enjoy the ABC component of the book so I would guess this will continue to offer him enjoyment for sometime to good. I would recommend this for any toddler or preschooler interested in construction.

Great book for kids learning their ABCs
My 2 year old loves this book. We have to read it and Goodnight, Goodnight Construction Site several times each night at bedtime. He finds the letters since they are larger and colored to stand out on the page. Great book for kids learning their ABCs. He is obsessed with vehicles of all kinds, but especially construction vehicles. I would definitely recommend this book for toddlers.

We love it!
Super cute book! Great way to introduce your children to the alphabet! Very cleverly written and a lot more exciting than the usual "a is for apple" storylines. My son loves everything bulldozer/truck so this was a great addition to his collection. The pictures are wonderful and there are many neat aspects to look at as you are reading!

Interesting learning tool
My little guy loves this book and it's great way to teach him the alphabet. It's not even horrible to read over and over and over again.
