Believe it or not, I had the flu and bronchitis. I dont have insurance and hate going to doctors anyways so I got this and by the first day I felt so much better. I had energy again but I was still slow and each day since I feel a chunk better. It's been 4 days since I've taken this and only this and my symptoms are nearly gone. This works all day so you don't need multiple doses. Just the first day of your sickness then after that you only need one. really. This was an actual life saver.

I saw added sugar I was confused. There is no reason for it and it makes the taste sickly sweet. Usually make my own but thought this would do in a pinch. Not thrilled.
