This is Dr. Chatterjee‘s second book. I found both of them absolutely excellent, full of practical advice and rooted in scientific study and clinical information. Chatterjee‘s writing style is warm and personal and gives you a feeling that you’re having a conversation with him about your life. I highly recommend this book as a tool to help navigate through modern life!

Great Advice
If you haven't read or listened to anything Dr. Chatterjee has published, then read this book! He is a British mainstream doctor who actually has advice that is doable and understands that his patients are people first looking for a solution for their problems. He has a wonderful podcast, too.

Excellent book for stress management and more happiness in life. Provides practical tips can start doing today. Covers sleep, mental, physical, and emotional health.

Good read!
I like the easy to read way this is written. Somethings I knew and needed to be reminded again and some things I did not and the research added helped to bring validity to the advice. I am 1/3 of the way finished and so far so good.

I have heard Dr. Chatterjee in several podcasts and think he has brilliant advice. Gave this book to everyone in my family this holiday. It is that important.

Another great book with great & helpful suggestions
After reading The 4 Pillar Plan I got some great suggestions about how I might make changes in my everyday life. Stress too plays a factor there, thought I never factored in quite how I should look at it, nor how to reduce it. The Stress Solution has certainly given me tips I’ll implement with hopes I can see positive results. Thanks again Rangan!
