Mormons Hardcover – July 1, 2010

The black and white style is nice, but I have never been a fan of the purposely fuzzy and out-of-focus image concept. I know it's supposed to convey a sense of motion or emotion, but it just bugs me. The clear images are very, very good, and tell interesting stories.

This book is a wonderful glimpse at the world wide nature of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It has stunning black and white photography as well as interviews of ordinary members from all over the world. I think the Sunday School teacher from Cambodia is my favorite.

The photography in this book is excellent. It captures the meaning of being a Mormon in the daily lives of Latter-day Saints around the world. I enjoyed seeing and hearing from members in diverse circumstances. This book would make a nice gift for family and friends.

This book captures the heartwarming details of the lives of individuals and families as they participate in the every- day significant activities of being a Mormon. The excellent pictures brought smiles as well as tender tears as I perused the book. Annette Tyler

The candid pictures capture the personalities of the individuals being photographed.The entire book is a delight--kind of a behind-the-scenes look at the every day livesof Mormon people. It is respectful and wonderful. Very thought-provoking and warm-hearted!
