fire hazard
I would NOT RECOMMEND!I plugged it in started to dry my hair, I could get a odd smell coming from it and thought it was just because it was new, proceeded to dry my hair and the smoke alarm went off in my bedroom which is connected to all the other alarms in my home, I had not noticed the smoke coming from the dryer, I ran out the room to check the rest of the house it was only when I went back into the room I noticed was full of smoke, I got a terrible fright, I turned the dryer back on to see was it that and the dryer was like a smoke gun! I sent an email an got no reply, that was weeks ago, so that was money down the drain!Its a fire hazard.

Ok but not professional
Great hairdryer, long cable, but it doesn’t heat up very well, previously owned one and gave out a lot more heat. Great for home use but not recommend for professional use

Works great!
No problems with this. It has a professional feel and the cord is noce and long and thick which feels safer.The attachment which claims to dampen noise seems to be a gimmick as I cant hear any difference. However, overall this is worth the money.

Got this for wife on Valentine's day which was also her Birthday too. She was over the moon with this. She loves it.

have to say this hair dryer is the best one ive ever had . A little heavy at first but you get use to that drys hair very quick

Not very good
I have always purchased Diva Hair dryers but this is the worst so far. It's rubbish and I'm sorry I never sent it back!

Appalling
Used the Diva hairdryer for the third time after purchasing and it cut out due the fact it has sucked a section of hair into the nozzle and burnt the end of the hair off.
