Great quality and all of them seem well polished smooth and machined well. No burs or rough spots of any kind like I have seen on some other sets we have tested out. Each sound is two sizes with a gentle ridge in the middle where it changes from one to the other. The weight is in the middle of those we have seen, with the inside core being hollow. They are not light but not overly weighty either, so if you are looking for something really heavy like solid steel they may not work as well for you. We found the weight perfect, you notice their presence but they are not overly heavy. Sizes are a complete range sure to cover the novice to the most experienced. I would stay away from using the two smallest sizes, as to me that is dangerous and could cause damage. The largest sizes are probably not going to be used by anyone except the most advanced users that are really into dilation. The mid sizes are a good cross section and should be good for most users. excellent kit, like the case for storage and the quality is good, excellent when considering the cost.

Good quality for the price. They felt weightier than I expected(which is a good thing!). Unsure if they are true to stated size but I do not have calipers to check with. All sounds appear to be in good, usable condition with no scratches, discolorations, or rust spots. I have used the 7mm/8mm sound already after preparing it and it functioned without issue, I'm glad to say!I do find it upsetting that the 3mm/4mm sound is included in this kit. It's probably just manufactured that way, but metal sounds below 6mm should never be used in the urethra, as they are far more likely to tear the wall of the urethra than sounds that are 6mm and up are.However, this is not a problem for me because I know enough not to use the unsafely small sound.

ThIs kit was purchased for BDSM use for female urethral play. The feeling is nice and smooth and high quality steel. I do wish there was a more hygienic way to store them as well as an easier way to get them in their elastic bands. Word of caution to those seeking first time play, do your research, make sure to be sterile, start small.

These seem to be good quality at a good price. They are all metal and I have not found any scratches, blemishes or other defects. I've never tried urethral sounding until now and I'm undecided if it's something I really want to continue, but that is not because of the product, I'm just not sure I really like the feeling it gives.

I received my order on Thursday February 21 and was immediately struck by the quality. Very smooth, very shiny, in perfect condition. This is my first set, today was my first time ever sounding. It was amazing. I cannot even begin to describe the feeling. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this kit. If you’re a beginner like me and looking for a starter kit this is it.

Two of the dilators (ones that I can actually use) had some rough spots that I had to smooth up with some steel wool. Advise: Inspect very closely and thoroughly clean before use.

These are absolutely bottom of the barrel junk! They are not precisionly made. Zero effort was made to make these. They take tubing, roll the end in a bit, then weld over the end, GRIND SMOOTH, then put a sad polish on them. The end of the second one from the smallest made me bleed with very little effort. The entire time going in I could feel a slight scratching, I knew something was wrong and should of stopped. Of course I didn’t and ended up paying the price. In no way was I being forceful while using them. I let the weight of the toy work itself in. I don’t know if I can but I will try and return these or get my money back.To top that, the case had a big hole tore through it as well as the bag it was in. The shipping packaging was perfect. Someone seen (or didn’t see pending how you look at it) it was damaged and through it into a bag and shipped it anyway. JUNK PRODUCT, JUNK SELLER.

No quality control apparently. Received mine and inspected them. Tip of one of the sounds, of course its exactly the one I was interested in, had a hole in the tip of it and when I shook it, I could hear metal rattling inside. Yes, they are hollow in case you're wondering. I get it, there are mistakes in manufacturing but when it is for something that someone is going to put inside the human body it should have much higher manufacturing standards and even higher quality control standards. I would not recommend you purchase these as their quality is questionable at best!

These are still new to me, but they look and feel like good quality and are a range that I expected. I will look forward to exploring further.....
