Great gift
I got 2 of these for gifts and then had to get another for my son because he lived it. It is perfect for his nightstand. It is a perfect amount of light for his room and it has endless options of different colors.

Neat light
The remote control has a multitude of options--change the color of the light and leave it or have it change the color periodically using a strobe or fade effect. Can also change the output (dim and brighten) of the light.
