DIMPLEXOutlet Conversion Kit for RBF30 (RBFPLUG), RBF36, RBF36P and RBF42

I ordered this because I spoke to a representative at the Dimplex company and said I needed this additionally with the purchase of a Dimplex fireplace . After reading the instructions for the fireplace we are hard wiring and do not need the plug in kit and since it was over 30 days they refused to let me return it and I'm out $50. I feel like the representative should have explained that you dont need this additional plug in if planning to hardwire !!!!!!

Plug is not a issue safely installed.
