PRO'S1. Cost effective. Costs same or less than best Home Depot quality, no tax.2. Very durable neoprene bottom for insulation, sound deadening, springiness, thermal value, moisture barrier.3. Mylar top for thermal insulation, heat or cold reflective value, moisture barrier. Will keep you warm in winter, cool in summer.4. Thin so you don't raise your floor too much.5. Easy to cut with anything.6. Durable as all heck! I cannot see this crumbling easily. Try to tear it with hands - you cannot!7. Looks really pretty, even though this has nothing to do with its functionality! You could use it on an RV for backing up vent cushions, door panel windows, or anything that needs a sunshade. You could stick it to cardboard, or thin plywood, and use as a sun reflector on windows.CONSThe only downside it has on RVs, its that if you have major bumps on plywood floors due to carriage bolts with rounded heads, then this will not raise height enough to cover them up before you install wood floor. I'm using a click lock bamboo floor from Home Depot on top of this underlayment. So my solution will be to add another layer of foam type material to raise height. I had this problem doing tile on bathroom floor of RV. I used Hardiebacker board on top of plywood subfloor, cut out holes to allow the carriage bolts some room, then tiled over this with thinset mortar (elasticized with polymers).Adding another layer of foamy underlayment will deaden more road noise, and give me more soundproofing, insulation, and springiness. Won't cost much for an RV size either.Excellent product. Best in its class. Don't hesitate.

Pretty good, price was better than in store items and the ratings were higher. Make's the bamboo I just laid sound nice and quiet. The only problem I had is that you have to order the tape separately, it does not come with an adhesive already attached like most of these. My fault for not investigating this, but in the past any underlayment I have ordered has has table to attach it to the piece next to it.Giving 4 stars because it says that it is 100 sq feet, my room was 190 sq feet so I ordered 2 of these rolls and ended up short a couple of feet.

Good product! A little expensive but does a great job. Used on several occasion. The early product did have some occluded air caused thin spots that had to be cut out. Be sure and get their tape too for joining.

I can't believe the sound quality difference from this floor to the pergo that had pad attatched. I will use this everytime. Wish they carried at big box stores. :(
