 I was excited about trying the sous vide and decided to order it. I must admit that our culinary game has stepped up. So far I have cooked chicken and shrimp. Everything I've made has come out with nice textures and flavor. Ill mix herbs, butter, and seasoning and let cook in a bag while the meat is cooking. I can control the time and temperature using my phone. there is an app that you have to download and it will connect your sous vide via wifi.

I Saw this on YouTube where they Cook the most amazing steaks. So I have to get one myself. It came in a presentable box. Seem very rigid and heavy, well made.
