I cannot say enough great things about this product. It truly is odor free. We just had some tile replaced in our house recently. Although we asked the company replacing our tile to use VOC free products, the workers painted a sealant on our slab that had an eye-crossingly toxic odor. So naturally, my husband and I both had a reaction to a toxic smelling sealant. We ended up painting this product over the sealant and this product worked a miracle. This product sealed in the toxic smells for good and we have not had an issue since!This product has a water-like consistency. It actually went much further than we were expecting. A gallon ended up being way too much for the area we needed to cover!

This is the best sealer I have ever used. It only took one coat and you can see from the picture after the first rain how well it works! I have multiple chemical sensitivities and I applied this myself with absolutely no problems. It has no odor or fumes and is easily applied. One important tip though: If applying with a roller, use a long napped roller and have someone help with a paint brush to smooth out the puddles, if any. Ours is stamped concrete and this was necessary. One, even coat is all you need to apply. On the second day, we tried to apply another coat and it wasn't porous enough to accept it. It dries very quickly and isn't sticky afterward...which is a problem we had with Thompson's. Also, ordered and received 2 days later!!!!
