I used this to replace a 12-inch stem assembly for a Fusan 2264A faucet that was resold by Ferguson / FNW Valves over 20 years ago (Ferguson no longer carries the parts, but you can choose to contact Fusan for a US distributor, if you wish)Anyhow, I took a risk on buying this, because I figured between Prime shipping and the price, I couldn't go too wrong. Thankfully that was a good gamble, as I now have a faucet that doesn't leak any more.

Fixed leak
I tried replacing the rubber washers and the faucet would still leak from the handle. I put this in and it's good as new.
