The bottle itself is made of really sturdy silicone, so it seems like a great addition to my hiking gear. It comes with a carabiner clip and a lanyard to use when traveling. It also has multiple sizing "ridges" so you can use it for a smaller amount of water if necessary. I preferred this option to the roll-up style bottle since you can reduce the size while keeping water in the bottle, which wouldn't be possible with the roll-up style. I also like the loop handle as this makes it easier to carry when my hands are full.

I don't like buying bottles of water when I travel, but my glass bottle is too heavy and the stainless one gets flagged for inspection all the time at security. This is a great compromise! Collapses down to a decently small size to carry on/thru security. Drinking top actually screws tight with a half-twist - enough to guarantee it doesn't pop open if bumped. Handles hot drinks too - but it gets hot (duh) so have a sleeve to put over it.Yes at first use it smells like silicone. But I did as the instructions say and filled it with (hot) green tea, so now the only odor is green tea - and only when it gets hot.Only drawback is the ribs make cleaning harder but the wide mouth when the top is removed helps. The dishwasher does a good job, but I normally hand wash so it takes a little extra effort.

Got this water bottle hoping it would be compact enough to use with our pop up camper for camping and it is!! We are trying to only get things that are super compact to save as much space as possible and a lot of the full size water bottles don't fit where I want them to. I also like that it has the little hanger/opening on it so we can hang it as well or can use it with our bikes etc. Now that I know it will fit and is great quality I will be purchasing enough for each family member to have one.

Tried many different water bottles before but was disappointed in performance.This bottle fits me just right.The seal is tight and doesn’t leak. It’s collapsed easily. No chance of breaking. The carabiner and handle are added bonuses for whatever you do.You won’t be disappointed

I got this for a trip to Disney so I didn't have to buy water bottles at $6 a pop. I didn't notice a smell or weird taste, but to be safe I filled it baking soda water and then washed it with hot lemon water and didn't have a problem all trip. I do recommend collapsing at least the bottom tier to make it stand up/easier to carry. I also like that the entire lid comes off so you can easily fill with cups of ice water and wash it out. It did pick up some external dirt for the few times I sat it down on the ground but luckily it washed right off.

The water bottle itself is cool, collapses small. However, the silicone smell is really REALLY strong. They recommended letting hot water sit in it to remove the smell, but I've tried that about 6 times and the smell has persisted. There is also a bit of a plastic taste that has lingered. Not ideal but tolerable if you really need it.

I hooked this on my fanny pack on a recent trip to Worlds of Fun and it was amazing! It is lightweight yet very sturdy. It never leaked and is easy to clean. I also plan on using it when I fly so I don’t have to purchase airport water. Highly recommend!

mine has a defective connection between the bottle and the top which leaks water in slow drips - unfortunately that makes the product unusable.
