I've had issues with racing heartbeat at night and read that this combo worked great for it. I tried it and it has literally been a lifesaver. No racing heart. I've suffered from intermittent restless legs. I suspected magnesium was the culprit, but I also had a sneaky suspicion that my potassium levels were off and contributing to it. One night it was so bad I couldn't sleep at all because I had to get up and down every hour all night long. That's when I started searching and found this product on a website. It was just what I was looking for: magnesium with potassium to ensure I was getting both at healthy levels. I try to get it naturally but obviously I'm not so this looked like an excellent solution. I ordered from Amazon because of the quick delivery. It's only been a few days, but my legs and muscles aren't twitching at all so I'm sleeping much better. I'm sure there is more to treating true Restless Leg Syndrome but if you only suffer from it occasionally this will definitely be helpful.
