Life Extension multivitamin is the best multivitamin I have ever used and I have used quite a few reputed American brands including Garden of life, MegaFood, Summit Nutrition etc.They only give you the minimum required dosage whereas Life extension gives you the optimal dose which is essential for proper functioning of the whole body. I feel energized and recharged whenever I use this brand. Excellent.

There is no Vit K2 in it!! as reported by one of the users. which is very disappointing Can it be added?

Its give me yellowish urine. I received yellow color capsules.anyone tell me What is the color or powder of capsules ??

I would give this multi 10 stars if I could. It's similar to doctor-prescribed Thorne brand, but at a much more reasonable price. It contains the bio-available forms of B vitamins, for example (1) the methylcobalamin form of B12, rather than cyanocobalamin, and (2) actual folate instead of poorly-absorbed 'folic acid'. The bio-available forms don't require your liver to perform enzymatic chemical reactions in order for your body to use them. This is great because we all differ genetically w/ regard to our liver enzyme activity. Our enzyme activity also decreases with age. Doses of B vitamins in this multi are high (not uncommon), but there is no established upper limit (UL) on many B vitamins because they are water-soluble, meaning, the excess is flushed out rather than stored. That's why I take each of the recommended 2 capsules separately, at different times of the day. This multi also contains K2 (different from K1, the clotting vitamin) which isn't found in most multivitamins. K2 is a calcium transporter, which means it moves excess calcium out of your blood and soft tissues, such as your blood vessels, corneas etc., and into your bones & teeth where it belongs. Search online with the words "k2 aids cardiac health and bone health" and you'll see what I mean.) This multivitamin/multimineral has been independently tested by Consumer Lab to contain what it claims. Life Extension products consistently test well, and are also recommended by doctors. (No, I don't work for Life Extension, but maybe I should!) :)

I've been using Life Extension products for many years, and this two-per-day is an outstanding formula. I had been using different brands (like from Costco, etc) for the last couple of years, and decided to get back to the LEF formula. I can't take their formula that required 9 per day, as it has way to much magnesium in it. But this one is just right. After about a week, my energy, which I though had left me forever is back!By the way, I pay less for this than what I got from Costco, and the formula puts Costco's, regardless of the brands they carry, to shameThe only caveat is that I though I was getting the capsule rather than the tablet, so I'll be more careful next time with my order. Probably was just my fault, not the vendor.

My old multi switched its formula after 35 years.I have no idea why but they tasted horrible.So I tried Life ExtensionI'm sensitive to most supplements ( bad stomach) I find these are greatand they have 4x the D3 of my other brand and are less expensive.I use 1 a day instead of the two a day. Gives me 4 months worth. I needless in the way of supplements then most people and 1 capsule a day is ideal.No side effects and the green capsules are easy to swallow and so is the price.Several multi's on here have given me hives and severe GI distress. Not Life Extension .

Although I can't say I notice a specific difference when taking this (as I'm always taking a lot of vitamins), this is by far the best formula I've found. I've been looking for quite a while for something that has all the good forms of the vitamins and in the right doses. I used to take a multi with a ton of other pills to supplement it. Now I just take this one and a couple other things. Good buy too. The only surprising thing is that there doesn't seem to be any vitamin K in here. Vitamin K2 is crucial! So this is one of the things I've been taking separately.
