They did help with some pain relief for a short time. The one with the holes I got the most relief from but after about an hour of wearing them, my skin starts to hurt from the holes causing a honeycomb texture on my skin. I don't care for the gel feel either. To me, it feels like I'm walking in a squishy, sweaty jello pit.

Useless junk.
