Nothing but issues
We bought this and its now no longer functional after just 2 yearsabout a month after we got it we had to replace the lower trey. a few months after that we had to take it in for feeder issues. then something with program errors - this was about every few months we got this unit we had something fail on it. since this unit is no longer manufactured. No-one can repair it. not even online sells the parts for this printer anymore. just 2 weeks after the warranty expired the motor failed. tried customer service but was told its out of warranty and they don't sell the parts for this printer. save your money and buy something more reliable.

Refurbished Big Mistake!
No technical help when needed the most. Even though I had the "Amazon 90 Day" guarantee, it meant nothing when I needed help with the printer. Sent it back!!!...and didn't get ALL of my money back!!!
