DeoxIT - Caig, pump spray
P**.
Works!
This product is cheaper the the Stabilant I have used before and I use it for less critical connections.

Much better than the aerosol DeoxIT
We use a lot of this at our guitar shop and never have gotten to the end of a can without the nozzle head failing first. The pump spray -- we hope -- saves on overspray and mess and will hopefully allow us to use the whole can.

Get some
I'll probably sound like a stockholder in the Caig company, but honestly there's simply no better chemical for treating switches and controls to remove stubborn oxides that cause touchy switches and noisy controls. The pump action allows small quantities to be applied, completely eliminating overspray. I own a stereo/audio repair business, and I use this stronger formulation, regular DeoxIT D5 and Faderlube on a daily basis. I will say that fifteen years ago, maybe a little longer, I wasn't as pleased with Caig products -- but those days are long gone. Get some.

Better control over pressurized cans
I am a huge fan of this product because it has solved many connection problems for me. The pressurized cans tend to waste some of the solution. There is some improvement when I can control the spray pressure with this dispenser.

You're in control.
Really like that this is controlled by me and not by gas. Why pay for a pressurized cleaner/lube that sprays everywhere and makes a big mess.

Pump does not dispense Deoxit formula
Unfortunately I am no longer within the the return window on this product. I tried using it for the first time recently and was surprised that I am unable to get any of the fluid to dispense from the nozzle, which is a shame because this stuff isn't exactly cheap. Upon closer inspection, I am seeing multiple layers of tape over the red straw which is included with the bottle leading me to think that this had been returned or used by someone else previously.

Don't expect this product to remove corrosion on copper terminals.
What does one say when a product has absolutely no effect on the electrical corrosion in a gasket sealed terminal box? After 7 hours 35 minutes I cannot see any change in the coated (with DPS 3 times over 7 hours plus) versus those that were not treated. Very disappointed that it had absolutely no benefit. Note this is the 25% solution not the 5%, which compounded my disappointment. This product is very expensive versus the old vinegar/salt method. Maybe this heavy oil (looks and feels like 3and1 oil) product works in a stereo's manual controls (I have no need for this application) but for my self I will never buy this product again and wish I could get my money back.

Works great
Honestly for the price I was a bit skeptical but this stuff works great.
