This is perfectly designed for one job - to take the outside insulation off wires without cutting the insulation of the wires buried within. It does that perfectly. It's also simple and lightweight, so it doesn't upset the toolbox and just gets on with its task.I like tools that do a job well.Worth reading the instructions, because there are two adjustments and it isn't 100% intuitive, although once you get used to it (about 3 seconds) then it becomes second nature

This was well worth the money spent! Easy to use and small enough to carry around.

I know we can use pliers and knives to do this, but this is an easy piece of kit to use..

Item that arrived, was completely different in appearance, which was stated nowhere on the original listing.They work okay though and do the job..

I do a lot of Ethernet cable installations and cannot recommend this cable stripper enough.Without doubt the best type of cable stripper for Ethernet cables.
